ROY G. BRYAN C.P.A. is a professional corporation licensed to practice
accounting in the state of Texas. Offices are located in Gainesville, Texas and
Corinth, Texas, both just north of Dallas. The firm began in 1977 as Roy G. Bryan
Management Services. It was a successor to the public accounting firm of R. Paul
Campbell, Public Accountant, that originally began operations in 1946 by Paul
Campbell. Mr. Campbell retired from the firm in 1976 and with the passing of
one of the remaining partners in 1977, the firm passed to Roy G. Bryan. Mr. Bryan
was licensed to practice accounting as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas
in 1982 and changed the name of the firm at that time to Roy G. Bryan, Certified
Public Accountant. The firm has been managed to the present day under the direction
of Mr. Bryan and has expanded the areas of practice to encompass a wide range
of business services.
Recognizing the need for networking, we have developed a network of independent
highly trained professionals in law, insurance, finance, management, and investments
counseling, which allows us to better serve our client's needs. We utilize the
team approach to problem solving while always maintaining the confidentiality
of our clients' information.
